Delivery and Returns

1. Shipping your package

Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs and shipping costs. The preparation and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping charges apply to each of them.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

- Relay point delivery - 2 to 3 working days
The choice of your closest point-replace is made when you validate your order.
The delivery time of your package is 7 to 8 days for relay points or post offices and 3 days for pick-up stations.

- Home delivery - 1-2 working days
They are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number and handed over against signature.

- Delivery outside Europe - 4 to 15 working days
They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and handed over against signature.

- EXPRESS delivery at home - Delivered the next day for orders placed before 1 p.m
They are shipped via Chronopost with a tracking number and handed over against signature.

2. Returns and exchanges

Products PERSONALIZED are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

For products NOT PERSONALIZED, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us, for an exchange or refund.

Return fees are offered only in France and in the European Union countries.

As part of a promotional operation, a non-personalised product return is possible within 14 days under condition:

- If the customer wishes a voucher or exchange the product, Petit Picotin takes the return costs at his expense.

- If the customer wishes a refund, the cost of returning the product will be borne by him.

 

3. How to exchange or refund?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order:

1/ Send us an email to contact@petitpicotin.com with the following information to confirm that the exchange/refund is possible:

- Your order number

- Your last name

- Do you want an exchange or a refund (via the payment method used)?

- What is the reason for this request?

2/ Customer service will send you a return voucher and one return form.

3/ Put the product(s) intact, unwashed and not worn, with the label and the label'original packaging, in the parcel of your order accompanied by your duly completed return form and send us your parcel.

4/ You will receive an e-mail upon receipt of your package by the PETIT PICOTIN team. Within 7 days after receipt we will make the refund.

5/ In the case of an exchange, you will have to place an order on the site to change the size, colour or product depending on the availability of the stocks.

 

4. Customization of a product

If you have received or purchased a non-personal gift and you would eventually like to customize it, it is possible. We will customize it for free.

1/ Send us an email to contact@petitpicotin.com with the following information to confirm that customization is possible:

- Your order number

- Your last name

- The product to customize

- The name you want for customization

- The color of customization (silver, white or golden)

2/ Customer service will send you a return form

3/ Send the product(s) to personalize with your completed return form to the following address:

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4/ You will receive an e-mail upon receipt of your package by the PETIT PICOTIN team. Within 7 days of receipt we will return the order.

5. Doublons

You offer a gift and you are afraid that he has already received it? Did you get a double gift?

Don't panic, we're taking back the dugs! We can explain:

If you (or your friends) have received the same product, with the same name, the duplicate is repeated. For example a custom blue backpack (Marceau model) PAUL (in silver) and a custom mint backpack (Marceau model) PAUL (dorned) = figure it works

In this case, please send us the photo of the two products by mail to contact@petitpicotin.com. Mellie will give you the procedure to follow, you will have to send us one of the two (at your expense). The product must not have been worn or washed and must be intact.
