How can I customize a birth gift ?
You can custom (almost) all products available on our website! With a first name, a date of birth, a sweet word.. It’s you who choose and it’s free! Customization options are detailed for each product. Depending on the colors, you have the option to choose a golden, white or silver customization.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order ?
Absolutely! You can add a nice card with a personalized message to accompany your gift! Just let us know, at the time of placing your order, the message you want to enter in the enclosure provided for this purpose.
Can I add a package to my birth gift ?
Absolutely! You have the option to add to your order a nice gift box to make your birth gift even more special. This option is available during the purchase process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box for your product to be perfectly protected and valued.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts ?
Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. Time limit delivery then varies according to the shipping country and the delivery method chosen. Preparation and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you consolidate all your items in one order. We cannot consolidate two orders placed separately. Shipping costs would therefore apply to each of them.
Once passed, is it still possible to change my birth gift order ?
The modification of an order is still possible in the first hours following the purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone on 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or for any other question, do not hesitate to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone from monday to friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Can I return a personalized birth gift ?
Unfortunately, personalized birth gifts cannot be returned except in case of default or error on our part. In case of a problem, please contact us contact within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
I'm giving a birth gift but I'm afraid the person has already received it? I got a Little Picotin gift in double, what to do ?
Don't panic, we're taking back the dugs! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (no matter the color) with the same name, contact us ! For example if you receive a blue mouse backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (in silver) and a backpack Amande (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (dorned), we can resume one of the two. Just send us the photo of the two products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact march to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt we will send you one gift voucher valid on our entire site !
